Join Swiftax as a Sales & Marketing Specialist, tasked with driving our brand forward, securing new client relationships, and enhancing our market presence.

Position: Sales & Marketing Lead

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Your Role with Us:

  1. Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities through various sales strategies.
  2. Develop and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to enhance brand awareness.
  3. Collaborate with our accounting and tax teams to tailor service packages to prospective clients.
  4. Analyze market trends, understanding competitor strategies, and positioning Swiftax uniquely in the market.
  5. Maintain a CRM with leads, follow-up schedules, and successful conversions.
  6. Organize and attend events, webinars, and seminars, promoting Swiftax services.
  7. Continuously refine our sales and marketing approach based on feedback and results.

What We Hope You Bring:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years in a combined sales and marketing role, preferably in the accounting, finance, or tax sectors.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  5. Strategic Mindset: Ability to foresee market trends and pivot strategies accordingly.
  6. Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and foster long-term client relationships.
  8. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Analytics, and other sales/marketing software.
