Swiftax is seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to be the frontline of our client interactions, ensuring impeccable data accuracy and delivering top-notch client support.

Position: Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Your Role with Us:

  1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries, concerns, and providing information about our services.
  2. Input and update client information in our database with high accuracy.
  3. Collaborate with the accounting team to gather and organize financial data.
  4. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our accountants and tax specialists.
  5. Maintain strict confidentiality of all client financial data and personal information.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate data entry for all client transactions and records.
  7. Continuously improve knowledge about Swiftax's services and offerings to enhance client interactions.

What We Hope You Bring:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a relevant field is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role; prior experience in data entry is a bonus.
  3. Familiarity with accounting or tax terminology would be beneficial.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry tasks.
  6. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
