Your Role with Us:

  1. Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  2. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  4. Proactively identify account growth opportunities and upsell or cross-sell relevant services.
  5. Address client concerns promptly and liaise with internal departments for resolutions.
  6. Provide regular account updates, including performance reports and insights.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and how they can impact client strategies.

Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in an account management or client-facing role.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
  4. A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on client success.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and achieving retention and growth targets.
  • Experience in utilizing CRM software for account tracking and management.
  • Familiarity with conducting client reviews, feedback sessions, and quarterly/annual account planning.
  • Past experience in a B2B environment, particularly in [specific industry if applicable, e.g., "software sales," "digital marketing services," "financial solutions"] is a plus.
